With our multi-disciplinary and talented team of expert consultants, led by founder and Managing Director Tina Radford, we are truly passionate about creating high-performance cultures, developing leaders and performance management. I am apparently ‘refreshingly honest’, which is probably a nice way of saying that I can be very direct at times. But I believe that this is what the client is paying me for. So far, my style has proven very effective in helping to make a positive difference to organisations.

 

As your HR Advisor, I believe it is my job to introduce you to the  very best HR and people practices that I see when working in different organisations. From my 25 years of experience working with hundreds of companies, I have found that all organisations experience similar people issues, challenges and growing pains. However, every organisation has a unique culture and leadership style which changes how HR matters are approached.

Peter Carlton

Senior Consultant

Peter is a business person first and an HR/IR specialist second. He is a commercially astute global HR professional who is highly skilled across a range of disciplines, including safety, industrial relations, leadership development, HR and Executive Coaching. Melisah is based on the Gold Coast and provides services to our Gold Coast and Brisbane based clients in relation to a range of general HR matters. With a passion for cultural change and leadership development, Melisah manages the design and administration of Radford HR’s Employee Engagement Survey’s and 360 Leadership Survey projects using cutting edge questions and design. Melisah has a strong interest in improving the HR management of staff in the Hospitality and Hotel Industry. Melisah has an approachable consulting style and quickly builds relationships with clients and their people.

Katherine Brennan

Associate Consultant

Katherine is a specialist in organisational development and psychometric assessments, and is a Registered Psychologist (currently non-practising). Katherine is gifted at giving feedback to leaders on their psychometric and 360 feedback results to enhance their self-awareness of strengths and development needs. Working in house as the People and Culture Leader in the banking and finance industry for over 10 years, she has successfully led the change management component of numerous mergers and acquisitions as well as negotiated several enterprise agreements. Katherine is currently not performing client facing work whilst she is on parental leave, but advises the team behind the scenes which benefits our clients.

Radford HR has formed an alliance with former Radford HR Consultant, Ms Thea Price, Senior Associate from HWL Ebsworth Lawyers to assist all our clients with their workplace legal matters. Thea also regularly represents our employers in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Circuit Court, Anti-Discrimination Commission and Queensland Courts and Tribunals.
