I am apparently ‘refreshingly honest’, which is probably a nice way of saying that I can be very direct at times. But I believe that this is what the client is paying me for. So far, my style has proven very effective in helping to make a positive difference to organisations.


As your HR Advisor, I believe it is my job to introduce you to the  very best HR and people practices that I see when working in different organisations. From my 25 years of experience working with hundreds of companies, I have found that all organisations experience similar people issues, challenges and growing pains. However, every organisation has a unique culture and leadership style which changes how HR matters are approached.

Peter is a business person first and an HR/IR specialist second. Radford HR has formed an alliance with former Radford HR Consultant, Ms Thea Price, Senior Associate from HWL Ebsworth Lawyers to assist all our clients with their workplace legal matters. Thea has experience advising in all aspects of workplace relations and safety law. Thea also regularly represents our employers in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Circuit Court, Anti-Discrimination Commission and Queensland Courts and Tribunals. Thea works in collaboration with Radford HR to ensure the best people-focussed and legally compliant solution for your business is achieved.

Head of Client Services

Belinda is an integral part of the Radford HR team, applying her 20 years in management and business ownership to the behind-the-scenes administration of our HR services to ensure a great experience for our valued clients.

Nicole Miller

Bookkeeper and Accounts

Nicole has worked in the accounting and bookkeeping industry for several years for both larger accounting firms and as an independent bookkeeper. She holds both university and industry qualifications. Nicole is the Director of Fit Bookkeeping and can help clients and suppliers with accounts enquiries.
